You have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to try your PLUMA gear in daily life. If you accidentally selected the incorrect smartphone model, or prefer a different botanical palette, exchanges are always complimentary.
One-year craftsmanship warranty
All PLUMA cases carry our comprehensive 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering premature color fading, corner delamination, or structural failures under ordinary daily use.
Exclusions & Personalized items
Because bespoke monogrammed pieces are custom stamped specifically to your chosen initials, they cannot be returned for buyer's remorse. Defective custom items will be remanufactured immediately.
