1. Agreement to terms
By visiting PLUMA or purchasing items through our storefront, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any portion, please discontinue using this website.
2. Products & Pricing accuracy
We strive to display colors and textures with absolute fidelity across varied monitor calibrations. While we verify all listed dimensions and device compatibility specifications, prices and product availability remain subject to change without prior notice.
3. Recurring monthly club box terms
Enrolling in the PLUMA Monthly Club constitutes an ongoing subscription billed automatically at your selected tier interval ($18.00/month or $48.00/quarter). You may pause, modify device registered, or cancel your renewal at any time prior to the 1st of the upcoming billing month via your account portal.
4. Intellectual property
All custom botanical artwork, print patterns, logo marks, photography, and site typography are the exclusive intellectual property of PLUMA Studio Inc. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or modification without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
While PLUMA products are tested against drops and impacts, no case can guarantee absolute immunity against extraordinary kinetic forces, direct vehicular impact, or screen punctures. PLUMA Studio Inc. is not liable for secondary electronic device repairs beyond the original purchase price of the case.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
